A transaction is a business case processed by the RuleLine.io LogicEngine. This is independent of the number of rules applied to the transaction in question.
Examples of a single process:
Incoming invoice / Outgoing invoice: 1 invoice
Travel expense form: 1 invoice under the travel expense form
CRM: 1 lead, 1 ticket or 1 opportunity
DMS: 1 document case / 1 file process
ERP: 1 posting proposal / 1 audit decision
Transactions exceeding the included allowance will be charged on a monthly basis at the package-specific rate per transaction (e.g. €0,118 in the Essential package).
Upgrades are possible at any time – even during the current contract period. Downgrades are possible at the end of the 12-month term.
The minimum term is 12 months. Unless notice of termination is given one month before the expiry date, the contract will be extended for a further 12 months at a time.
